FMS - VNA Clinic - 8th Grade Immunizations

This event is for current 7th grade students ONLY who are in need of their 8th grade immunizations.
Per Missouri State Law, incoming 8th graders are required to get their Tetanus (TDP) and Meningitis Vaccines prior to the first day of school. Students without proper documentation of the two shots listed will not be allowed to start school in August.
